When at last it became possible, in
1975, to broadcast directly in Italy, we contributed
in a concrete way to the setting up of fifteen
Evangelical radio stations. Among these is "Radio Risposta" received
mainly in Modena and the surrounding province - which has
been run in our studios since it was installed there in
1984.
Since 1975, we have offered qualified technical assistance and over two hours of programs each day. The programs are produced in our studios of Formigine (MO).
In 1992 we became the promoters of the F.A.R.E. ("Federazione Associazioni Radio Evangeliche" - Federation of the Association of Evangelical Radios). This organization represents a clear point of reference and coordination both for the radios associated to it and for those which are not, and at the same time it maintains the utmost respect for the autonomy of each individual radio station. The F.A.R.E. prepares radio programs and encourages exchange of these programs among the radios that are members. It also offers them advice, assistance and juridical protection in the field of the norms that regulate the sector.
We at Voce
della Bibbia are not a church, nor do we in any way
pretend to substitute it. Rather, we collaborate and have
exchange with many evangelical churches in Italy. Our aim
is to spread the Gospel and the "whole counsel of
God", mainly through the radio, but also through the printing
of books for spiritual
training and consultation, and a certain number of Bible
Correspondence Courses. Since the programs we produce differ in content and
length, we heartily encourage pastors and elders of
churches to look into the possibility of broadcasting
them over commercial radios in their area. Direct contact
with listeners, whether by letter or by telephone, is the
first step in directing them towards local churches.
